Delta Tau Hosts the 2009 PSE National Education Foundation Convention in Norfolk, VA

March 2009 - Members of UNCW’s chapter of Pi Sigma Epsilon (PSE) will host the
2009 PSE National Convention in Norfolk, VA (March 24 – March 28). As the
convention’s host chapter, Delta Tau will work diligently to make the 2009 convention
one of the best in recent history for the more than 450 collegiate, alumni, and corporate
attendees. Honored guest speakers will include:

- Kevin M. Joyce: Chief Marketing Officer of Kodak’s Graphic Communications Group
- Dave Knox: Procter & Gamble's Corporate Digital Marketing Brand Manager
- Michael VanGrinsven: Northwestern Mutual Financial Network Director of Field
Recruitment
- Megan Boyne: Director of Campus Selection and Internship Coordinator

As the host chapter, Delta Tau members will solicit convention registration welcome bag
items for convention attendees, solicit door prize items for event raffles, provide at least
15 people per day at the convention for on-site staff (registration, speaker intros, door
prize distribution, ticket takers, decorations, Pro-Am competition coordination,
videotape speakers, etc.), and communicate weekly with PSE National Headquarters.
Delta Tau also plans to sell National Convention t-shirts.

The convention is filled with activities and events including inter-chapter competitions, a
career fair, job interviews, guest speakers, and information workshops. Inter-chapter
competitions will be held Wednesday & Thursday. Scholarship interviews and the
Pro-Am Sell-a-Thon competition will be held on Friday.
